





Hearing various complaints from 35 citizens through the phone-in program.
A phone-in program was held today by Bengaluru Central Municipal Corporation Commissioner Rajendra Cholan with the aim of directly listening to the problems of the citizens of the Central Municipal Corporation and providing quick solutions to the problems. The Commissioner heard 35 complaints from citizens over the phone.
The Commissioner personally listened to the complaints received from the citizens, directed the officers present on the spot to resolve the related complaints/issues, and gave strict instructions to resolve the issues within the time limit.
Transfer of complaints to concerned Municipal Corporations:
GBA has also received 6 complaints regarding other Municipal Corporations and steps will be taken to transfer the said complaints to the concerned Municipal Corporations.

During the phone-in program, Additional Commissioner Daljit Kumar, Joint Commissioners Ranganath, Hemanth Sharan, Chief Engineers Vijay Kumar Haridas, Suguna, Superintending Engineers, Executive Engineers, Forestry, Horticulture and other officials were present.
