Acting on the directions of the Commissioner of Bengaluru North City Corporation, Pommala Sunil Kumar, a total of 82 unauthorized LED advertisement hoardings were identified within Zones 1 and 2 of the Bengaluru North City Corporation. Out of these, power supply has been disconnected to 66 hoardings.
This action was carried out by a team of subdivision officers under the leadership of the Zonal Joint Commissioners.
Strict instructions have been issued not to install such unauthorized LED advertisement hoardings in the future, and the said action has been taken in the interest of ensuring smooth and safe movement of the public.
