Mumbai, 05th November 2026 – Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has signed a ~100 acre plotted development in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), marking its entry into plotted development in the region.
This is the first plotted development outside Mahindra World City, Chennai. The launch builds on Mahindra Lifespaces’ established presence in plotted developments through Lakefront Estates by Mahindra and Green Estates by Mahindra at Mahindra World City, Chennai. The positive response to these developments reflects the increasing appeal of plotted developments among homebuyers and supports the company’s plans to expand this offering to new markets.
