Citizens can share grievances directly through the “Phone-In” programme: Rajendra Cholan

Citizens residing within the limits of Bengaluru Central City Corporation can directly call and submit their grievances to the Commissioner,  Rajendra Cholan, during the “Phone-In Programme” scheduled for Monday, November 3, 2025, between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM.

The initiative aims to provide citizens with a direct platform to voice their concerns regarding civic amenities and to ensure prompt resolution of issues. The Commissioner,  Rajendra Cholan, will personally interact with callers and issue on-the-spot directions to the concerned officials for immediate action.

Subjects on which complaints can be submitted:

* Road potholes and repair works
* Streetlight maintenance
* Waste collection and disposal
* Pruning of hazardous trees and branches
* Maintenance of public parks
* e-Khata related issues
* Removal of unauthorized banners/posters
* Footpath maintenance and encroachment clearance
* Stormwater drain cleaning
* Any other issues related to basic civic amenities provided by the Corporation

Citizens are encouraged to participate actively in the Phone-In Programme by calling on the given numbers between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM on November 3, 2025 (Monday) and directly sharing their grievances with Commissioner   Rajendra Cholan.
