DG CRPF Inaugurates 304 Newly Constructed Family Quarters at GC CRPF Yelahanka, Bengaluru

An interaction with “Veer Naris” and family members of martyrs of force was held to mark the occasion.
*The Director General, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Shri Gyanendra Pratap Singh, IPS, inaugurated a newly constructed block of 304 family quarters (Type-II) today at Group Centre, CRPF, Yelahanka, Bengaluru. This marks a significant step towards improving the living conditions and welfare of CRPF personnel and their families.

The modern residential complex comprises 304 well-designed quarters, equipped with all essential amenities to provide a comfortable and secure environment. These quarters are part of CRPF’s ongoing efforts to enhance infrastructure and boost the morale of the force by addressing the long-standing need for quality family accommodation.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, DG CRPF highlighted the importance of a stable and supportive home environment for personnel serving in one of the country’s most demanding forces. He reiterated the Force’s commitment to the well-being of Jawans and their families.

The inauguration was attended by senior officers of the CRPF, family members, and dignitaries. An interaction with “Veer Naris” and family members of martyrs of force was held to mark the occasion.

This infrastructure development is part of a broader initiative to modernize CRPF facilities across the country, with focus on welfare, efficiency, and operational readiness. Allotment of these quarters will be managed through the e-AWAS Portal, which is already in use by CAPF personnel for seamless and transparent housing allocation.
