Over 4,300 People Participated in Two-Day E-Khata Drive; 1,259 Final E-Khatas Issued On the Spot

300 Tokens Issued in Today’s E-Khata Drive

Bengaluru, June 30:

A “Mega E-Khata Drive” was organized over the last two days at the Sahakara Nagar Playground, located within the Byatarayanapura Assembly Constituency under BBMP’s Yelahanka Zone. Approximately 4,300 citizens participated in this initiative held yesterday and today.

Applicants from seven wards under the Byatarayanapura constituency, along with participants from the Yelahanka Assembly Constituency and other BBMP zones, attended the drive to submit their applications for E-Khatas.

During the two-day E-Khata Drive, a total of 4,300 people were issued tokens. Out of these, 1,694 applications were processed, and 1,259 final E-Khatas were approved and handed over on the spot.

Among the 1,694 applications received, 435 belonged to other BBMP zones. These applications will be reviewed, documents uploaded, and then forwarded to the respective zones for further action.

Joint Commissioner of Yelahanka Zone Mohammad Naeem Momin, stated that the E-Khata Drives will continue to be organized in coordination with residents’ welfare associations, apartment committees, and citizens across the Yelahanka Zone. This effort aims to ensure quicker access to E-Khatas through similar streamlined initiatives.
