With the objective of listening to public grievances and ensuring timely redressal, Commissioner Shri Rajendra Cholan will personally interact with citizens over the phone every Monday between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Citizens are requested to call and register complaints related to various civic issues listed below for prompt resolution.
Issues that can be reported:
* Road potholes and road repair works
* Maintenance of streetlights
* Solid waste management
* Pruning/removal of dangerous trees or branches
* Maintenance of public parks
* Matters related to e-Khata
* Removal of unauthorized banners/posters
* Maintenance and decongestion of footpaths
* Drainage cleaning and desilting
* Other basic civic amenities provided by the Corporation
