On September 20, 2025, the Bengaluru Central City Corporation undertook pothole repair and patchwork activities across four divisions, covering a total road length of 9.45 kilometers. During this drive, 178 potholes were repaired and patchwork covering an area of 2,332 square meters was completed: Rajendra Cholan.

In line with the directives issued by the Chief Minister of Karnataka during the meeting held on September 20, 2025, aimed at making Bengaluru’s roads pothole-free, and as per the instructions of the Deputy Chief Minister, the above-mentioned repair works were executed promptly within the limits of the Bengaluru Central City Corporation.
Commissioner Rajendra Cholan further stated that pothole repair works are being carried out continuously within the Bengaluru Central City Corporation limits, and strict instructions have been issued to officials to accelerate pothole-filling operations in all remaining areas.
