A total of 141.43 mn sq. ft. of gross office space was leased across the top 7 cities in 2023 & 2024 together Global Capability Centres (GCCs) alone leased approx. 52.88 mn sq. ft. in the last 2 Yrs. Bengaluru’s share alone in GCC leasing comprises a significant 46% among the top 7 cities, followed by Hyderabad with 19% share or approx. 10.06 mn sq. ft.
