The Commissioner of the Bengaluru East City Corporation, D.S. Ramesh, stated that the owners, operators and managers of all service apartments, hostels and paying guest (PG) accommodations within the City Corporation’s limits must inspect their premises and ensure strict compliance, within the stipulated time, with all safety regulations prescribed by the City Corporation, along with all other applicable safety norms.
