Sweet Distribution to Pourakarmikas on the Occasion of Dasara Festival
As part of the Dasara celebrations, GBA Chief Commissioner Maheshwar Rao distributed sweet boxes to pourakarmikas who play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness of the city. The initiative was organized by India Sweet House.
Speaking after the distribution ceremony held at the Dr. Raj Kumar Glass House, at the GBA Head Office, the Chief Commissioner emphasized the contribution of pourakarmikas in keeping the city clean. “If Pourakarmikas don't perform their duties daily, the public would quickly realize the significance of their responsibilities,” he remarked.
