Bengaluru, Mar.17: The pedestrian foot overbridge located near Kandaya Bhavan on Kempegowda Road (in front of Kaveri Bhavan) was constructed in 2012 under the Public-Private Partnership Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (PPP-DBFOT) model by M/s Rajdeep Buildcon Private Limited, which has been maintaining it. At present, the structure is in a deteriorated condition.In the interest of the safety of pedestrians and the general public, the said foot overbridge has been prohibited for public use until further orders, as per the Close Down Order issued by the Commissioner, Bengaluru Central City Corporation.Therefore, the public and pedestrians are hereby requested not to use the said foot overbridge in the interest of their safety.Necessary action will be taken as per ru...
