In its first year of operation, the program facilitated more than 7,500 site visits across 150+ projects, leading to 400+ confirmed home bookings, with an average ticket size of ₹1.25 crore.

The Site Visit Product simplifies property exploration for homebuyers and boosts sales for developers by offering curated project recommendations based on individual preferences like budget, location, and configuration. The program also provides seamless end-to-end logistical support for property visits, enabling buyers to make confident and informed decisions while reducing the overall time to finalize purchases.
