Bengaluru, Sept. 29:
On 29-09-2025, Bengaluru Central City Corporation Commissioner, Rajendra Cholan conducted an inspection by two-wheeler (bike) within the Chickpet Division limits. The inspection covered potholes on arterial and sub-arterial roads, ongoing road repair works, and other related civic issues.
Key instructions issued to officials during the inspection:
* Urgently fill all potholes in a proper and durable manner
* Development of junctions
* Improvement of traffic circles
* Resurfacing of Hosur Road with asphalt
* Removal of roadside garbage black spots and measures to prevent their recurrence
* Repair of footpaths to ensure smooth pedestrian movement
* Construction of a compound wall/fencing around the city corporation property at JC Road and preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for its development.
