
Citizens of Bengaluru Central City Corporation limits may call and directly present their grievances to the Hon’ble Commissioner tomorrow, 24-11-2025 (Monday), between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, through the Phone-In Programme.

With the objective of directly hearing the concerns of citizens within the Central City Corporation limits and providing speedy redressal to their issues, Bengaluru Central City Corporation Commissioner Shri Rajendra Cholan will conduct a Phone-In Programme every Monday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Citizens are requested to make use of this opportunity to register complaints related to various civic amenities.
Types of grievances that can be reported:
* Road potholes and road repair works
* Streetlight maintenance
* Garbage disposal
* Removal of dried/dangerous trees or branches
* Maintenance of parks
* E-Khata related issues
* Removal of unauthorized banners/posters
* Footpath maintenance and encroachment removal
* Drainage cleaning
* Any other civic issues concerning city corporation services
On 24-11-2025 (Monday), between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, citizens may call and speak directly with Hon’ble Commissioner Rajendra Cholan to record their complaints.
All grievances received from citizens will be personally heard by the Commissioner, who will issue immediate instructions to the concerned officers for prompt action.
