The Greater Bangalore Mahanagara Corporation, read with section 316 of the Greater Bengaluru Mahanagara Corporation Act, 2020 (Karnataka Act, 53 of 2020), in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 66, 67 and 130, purports to create a sub-section of section 316 The draft of clause (1) having received the approval of the Government and for the information of all persons who may be concerned thereby, as required by section 316 of the said Act, is hereby published and the said draft in the Official Gazette dated:
It is hereby notified that after 30 days from the date of publication on 20-07-2024, it will be taken into consideration.
Any objection or suggestion received by the State Government from any person before the expiry of the period specified above shall be considered by the State Government.
