Bengaluru, Nov. 05: Bengaluru Central City Corporation Commissioner Rajendra Cholan has instructed officials to expedite and complete the ongoing stormwater drain work at Kanteerava Stadium at the earliest. During his inspection of various areas within the Corporation limits today, the Commissioner stated that waterlogging occurs in and around Kanteerava Stadium during the rainy season. To prevent this, work is underway to raise the height of the stormwater drain retaining wall. He directed the officials to ensure the project is completed swiftly. Due to the ongoing drain work, athletes and children using the stadium are facing inconvenience.
