Bengaluru: April:19 BSWML Chief Operations Officer Ramamani announced that a massive cleanliness drive has been organized in the limits of the BBMP from 21st April 2025 to 30th April 2025. Deputy Chief Minister and Bengaluru Urban Development Minister D.K. Shivakumar has directed the Bengaluru Solid Waste Management Ltd., (BSWML) to organize a massive cleanliness drive across the city before the monsoon season. Accordingly, a “Cleanliness Drive” will be organized for 10 days from 21st April 2025 to 30th April 2025 in all the wards falling under the 8 zones of BBMP. Bengaluru: April 21: Chief Commissioner Tushar Giri Nath gave strict instructions to the officers to remove unauthorized advertisements within BBMP limits. Addressing a meeting held on various issues in BBMP limits, he said that the Hon'ble High Court, Deputy Chief Minister and Bengaluru Urban Development Minister had instructed them to take strict action against the installation of unauthorized advertisements in the city. But violations have been increasing lately and he instructed to take appropriate measures to control it.
